Problem Statement:
Jose Gonzalez a 42-year-old came to visit with chief complaint of diarrhea for 3 days associated with lightheadedness, diffuse abdominal tenderness, febrile temperature 101.5 F, melena, headache, and tachycardia. Per patient, he had recently traveled and had been over-eating. Patient positive with orthostatic hypotension upon standing and guaiac-positive per rectal exam.
