After this iHuman assessment I would rate my HPI construction as a 3. I chose a 3 because, out of the 85 questions that I asked Mr, Hoya only 29 were correct and 1 was missed. Speaking from personal experience of working in a clinic you do not have time as a provider to ask 85+ questions with less than half applying to the HPI.
