KW is a pleasant female with past medical history of breast cancer resulting in a mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, and breast reconstruction 5 years ago. She presents with CC of severe low back pain with RLE radiculopathy. She has a positive straight leg raise, noted weakness in the RLE, limited lumbar ROM, pain to palpation over L3-L5, and hyporeflexia in RLE. Other pertinent positives include hepatomegaly, acute weight loss of 20 lbs, and night sweats. Negative for fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
