KH is a 25yr old female who presents to the clinic with concerns for red, itchy rash to bilateral inner thighs and left inner forearm since 2 days ago. She reports she used a new oily suntan lotion and went hiking with her boyfriend in Napa, where they walked through woods and brush. She ate scallops for dinner for the first time, and relaxed in a hot tub in the evening. She states her rash has been constant and progressing to tenderness with scratching. Patient denies any topical or oral treatments for her rash and denies pain. She denies rash spreading to other areas of body.
