Negotiating a House Buying Contract
This was one of the negotiations that I was involved in that did not bear any fruits. After moving out of my house because of occupational reasons, I had to relocate to another city. It was mandatory that I bought a house that I would settle in. I looked at all the options available considering the price, locations and the beauty of the houses. I settled for a certain condominium that was on sale. I called the real estate agent who said the price of the house was $ 475,000. After talking to an expert, he advised that the house was worth less than that. This meant that the agent had overpriced the house. I took the initiative of negotiating to buy the house at $ 400,000.
