- Rebecca’s mother noticed some concerning symptoms, then ended up reading Rebecca’s diary which led to taking Rebecca to the Pediatrician. Rebecca was referred by her Pediatrician to the PMHNP. The symptoms are listed in the symptom section of the case study.
